I am Katrina Lynn Chase and I currently live in Palm Beach County, Florida. I am the Founder, Owner, CEO, CRRA, Transformation Life Coach, and ACRPS (Advanced Certified Relapse Specialist) of Roots to Recovery (RTR), an alcohol and drug recovery residence. I am a mental health advocate fand a member of the advisory board for A Better Day Foundation. My professional practice includes 10 years dedicated to Florida Board of Medicine (FCB) including highest level of clinical practice. Advancement and focused skills include: partook in opening an Urgent Care Center, oversee approx. 50 employees, Radiology Technologist R.T.(R), Emergency and Primary Care Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, Surgical Coordinator, wound care assistant, promoter and distributor for large corporation, Keiser University, Class and Phi Betta Kappa President, and National Athlete. Degrees consist of: Advanced Certified Relapse Prevention Specialist (ACRPS), Relapse Prevention Psychotherapy for addiction and behavioral health disorders (RPT), Recovery Residence Administrator (RRA), Associate of Applied Health Science (AAS), and Radiology Technologist License (R.T.) R, ARRT. RTR is licensed residence and Florida state certification in final process. Education was completed at Keiser University, The Academy for Addiction Professionals, and The Center for Applied Sciences (CENAPS).
Member of Women Helping Women Entrepreneurs since January, 17, 2019., American Society of Radiology Technologists, and International Specialist of Applied Sciences for Relapse Prevention.
